RHA understands that a greener workplace can mean a lighter ecological footprint, a healthier and more productive work environment, and good news for the bottom line. To facilitate employee involvement in our sustainability efforts, RHA has formed a Green Team committee that includes staff from all programs and departments. The Green Team meets on a quarterly basis and brainstorms innovative ways for RHA offices and employees to reduce waste and save energy.

The Green Team secured the 2009 and 2010 Mayor's Recycling Award in the city of Fresno.
