Teresa joined RHA in 2000 and today is responsible for ensuring the required operational infrastructure is in place to drive successful implementation and deployment of commercial program operations. Teresa has a proven track record of providing strategic business growth, establishing company-wide program metrics, and achieving high customer satisfaction while successfully executing quality services to meet client objectives and goals.
As an energy efficiency expert, Teresa conducts energy savings analysis, establishes program metrics and develops installation standards manuals. She is the co-author of the Low Income Weatherization Inspection Policies and Procedures Manual for the States of California and Nevada. She previously designed and ran an international multimillion dollar semiconductor capital equipment manufacturing facility at Applied Materials.
Teresa has successfully overseen a myriad of energy efficiency programs, including numerous pilot projects, outreach campaigns and technical studies. Teresa earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, San Francisco, and an Executive MBE Certificate from University of California, Los Angeles.
