Supply Chain Responsibility
At RHA, diversity and inclusion are closely held values and at the heart of everything we do.
RHA is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that supports robust a supplier diversity program. We hire, promote and empower certified minority, women, disabled veteran and LGBT businesses, and actively seek to connect with other diverse organizations through our supplier network.
In 2018, RHA worked with approximately 4 DVBE businesses, 7 woman-owned businesses and 4 minority-owned businesses. Roughly 43% of RHA’s total company expenditures were made with diverse businesses in 2018.
We proudly mentor our contractors and suppliers in becoming certified diverse business enterprises, assisting with required paperwork and providing operational support.
As a certified MBE, RHA has won numerous awards including Pacific Gas & Electric Company’s 2012 Corporate Services Supplier of the Year and the Fresno Black Chamber of Commerce’s 2014 Hue Award for leadership in diversity.
RHA invests in like-minded suppliers who provide a safe and healthy working environment, treat workers with respect, and work in an environmentally sound way. We engage with and support our suppliers in their continuous improvement in social and environmental performance.
Integrity is inherent to how we work and fundamental to our sustainability efforts. RHA does not tolerate any form of unethical behavior by our employees, business partners or subcontractors, and encourages confidential reporting of such behavior.
