RHA is a certified Minority Business Enterprise that supports robust supplier diversity program. We hire, promote and empower minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned small business suppliers, and actively seeks to connect with other diverse organizations through our supplier network.

We proudly mentor our contractors and suppliers in becoming certified diverse business enterprises, assisting with required paperwork and providing operational support.
